From the very first episode, I was captivated by this original Dragon Ball Daima character and knew I had to bring him to life in 3D. I set out to recreate some of his most iconic shots from his debut, staying true to his essence while giving him a stylized, PlayStation 2-era aesthetic.
King Gomah is a fully rigged and animated character, designed for cinematics, animated shorts, and high-quality renders. While originally intended to be game-ready, the use of Shape Keys for facial animation makes him better suited for pre-rendered sequences rather than real-time applications.
With a streamlined 2573 polygon structure and six unique animated poses, this model relies on a Shape Key-driven system to achieve smooth deformations and expressive movement. Every detail was carefully crafted to enhance storytelling, making it ideal for VFX, cinematics, and stylized animation.
Rendered in Blender with custom lighting to bring out every detail and create the right atmosphere.
